Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book an appointment or use the website of Royal Latin Barber Shop ("we", "us"). By booking with us you agree to them. If you have a question, call us at (201) 658-2945.

Appointments

• Online bookings are confirmed as soon as you finish booking. You'll see your time and barber on screen.
• You can cancel or reschedule from the "My Appointments" page or by calling us. Please do it as early as you can so someone else can take the spot.
• If you're running late, call us. We may need to shorten your service or move you to another time.
• We may occasionally need to reschedule because of illness or an emergency, and we'll contact you to find a new time. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments without telling us may be asked to book by phone.
• Prices shown at booking are for the service listed. Your barber will tell you if extra work changes the price.

Payment

You pay at the shop, or ahead by Zelle or Cash App using the details shown on this site. This website does not process payments and never asks for card numbers. Always check that the name and number match ours before sending money.

Loyalty rewards

If the loyalty program is running, the visit counter on the booking and My Appointments pages shows how close you are to a free visit. Rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred, and we may change or end the program at any time.

Text messages (SMS)

We don't send text messages at the moment. If we start sending appointment texts, we'll ask for your permission first and describe the program here.

Using this website

Give us accurate information and use the site only to book your own appointments. Don't use scripts or bots, try to access other people's bookings, or interfere with the site. We may block access if the site is misused.

Ratings and reviews

Ratings and comments you leave on a barber's page are public. Keep them honest and respectful. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the shop.

Limits of our responsibility

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the price of the service you booked. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
